Democrats Should Only Ask Robert Mueller One Question: Is Jimmy Carter Right?
Democrats are doing extensive prep work for hearings with Robert Mueller. They're even holding rehearsal hearings Unfortunately, exactly when and how it's going to happen probably won't be finalized until around the time that it actually happens.
We're also not sure that they're going to ask the proper questions. We have written several articles about what Democrats should ask Robert Mueller. We've maintained the position that votes were changed during the 2016 election and that the most likely culprits were Russian intelligence operatives. They obviously were helping Trump. Now Jimmy Carter seems to agree that a real investigation would show that Trump lost the election. He's one of only four living former U.S. Presidents. This did make news and in any previous administration would be earth shattering. Today it's covered for a day or two and then people forget.
We've decided to make things a little easier for Democrats. They only need to ask one question of Robert Mueller and his investigators in both an open and closed hearing. An open hearing allows the public to know the answers. A closed hearing allows confidential information to be shared. To get the full benefits, have both types of hearings.
They only need to ask one question based on Jimmy Carter's theory. "Are you aware of any evidence indicating that votes were changed during the 2016 election? If there is any evidence, what is it? And if there isn't, why doesn't the evidence exist?"
That's it. That's all you need to ask. We'll see if they have the courage to pull back the curtain. They're trying to do it with lyme disease. Maybe they'll do it with voting. You never know, but don't hold you're breath.
