Here's What's In Donald Trump's Tax Returns. No Wonder He's Scared Shitless.

So what is in Donald Trump’s tax returns? There is rampant speculation that it would show little charitable giving, that he has far less money that he claims, and even that it would show Russian money laundering. There is also a high probability that they would show multiple tax crimes that could result in prison time and large asset forfeitures. Even if some of the behavior doesn’t reach criminal levels, he can still be forced to be pay back taxes, along with interest, and penalties.
Tax crime number 1 is income received from the Trump Foundation. He is currently being sued by the State of New York (a criminal investigation is still ongoing) for misappropriating charitable funds for personal use. Stealing money from a charity for your own personal use is a crime. Not reporting it on your own tax returns is a second crime. Without his returns we don’t know for sure, but it is highly doubtful that he declared such spending as income on his returns.
The second tax crime that he probably committed is creating false business deductions. He has lost a pair of civil cases regarding this in the past. During the investigations of tax payments to Stormy Daniels, he attempted to classify the hush money payment as a legal expense, which would give him a tax deduction. Hush money wouldn’t give him a legitimate tax deduction. Without his returns it’s impossible to know for sure, but there is a high probability that he classified it as such.
He learned how to do gift tax scams from daddy. A comprehensive New York Times article led to an investigation as to whether the Trump family evaded hundreds of millions in gift taxes. This happened decades ago. A more recent example is a sale of condominium units at below market rates by the President to his adult sons. Such a disguised gift could be prosecuted. Obviously his tax returns would be helpful and contain more evidence.
The fourth scam may be one of the biggest that he has ever done. Donald Trump has long created conservation easements. Conservation easements are a permanent commitment of land by landowners to never develop it. Such easements can be considered charitable deductions on income taxes. Trump has used them on many of his properties. The easiest one to focus on for misconduct is his Los Angeles golf course. Trump first tried to build houses on his golf course. Unfortunately, most of the land on his golf course is too unstable to build houses on. Part of the course literally fell into the ocean. So he created a conservation easement that he values at the amount that the land would be worth if he actually built on it. If this value were used on his tax returns, it would be tax fraud. Today much of this land is used as a driving range. I’m sure we’ll all find out what he did and didn't do sometime in the New Year. It'll be tremendous!!!!!
